Business Development Center Advisor

Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Duties:

• Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or automotive sales environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and dealership software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Ability to get OMVIC certification
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Engaging phone
• Computer skills
• Ability to work well on a team and alone
• Good problem solving skills
