Rejoignez Investissements RPC à Toronto en tant que Directeur Juridique, specializing dans le soutien aux dossiers de restructuration et de financement. Apportez vos compétences juridiques stratégiques pour influencer des décisions majeures. Ce rôle exigeant vous verra travailler étroitement avec les équipes d'Investissements de crédit tout en fournissant des conseils juridiques pour les activités d’investissement et de gestion d'actifs. Vous serez responsable de la direction juridique sur des transactions de crédit, et travaillerez avec des juristes chevronnés sur des cas complexes. Une attention spéciale sera portée aux problématiques de restructuring, redressement, et à d'autres situations de crédit. Key Responsibilities:

Fournir des conseils juridiques sur les financements à effet de levier
Diriger les conseillers juridiques externes pour les dossiers complexes
Identifier et gérer les risques juridiques des nouveaux placements
Collaborer avec les équipes de placement sur des cas contestés
Soutenir l’élaboration des politiques des Investissements de crédit

Requirements:

Droit au barreau en Ontario ou équivalent
Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en droit international
Connaissance en restructuration et en crédit structuré
Capacité à travailler en autonomie dans des contextes conflictuels
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
