- Lead planning, design, and delivery of structural projects
- Oversee and review structural designs and assessments
- Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Proven track record in project delivery and client management
- Proficiency with structural analysis and modeling software
