Become an essential Civil Engineering Inspection Lead overseeing municipal projects. In this full-time role, you'll ensure safety compliance and guide construction inspections with a focus on quality. As an Inspection Coordinator, you will support the construction inspection supervisor and engage closely with project engineers to facilitate effective execution. Your role will include conducting site inspections, managing budgets, and performing compliance checks, ensuring projects adhere to high construction standards while promoting safety practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inspection and engineering teams
- Perform inspections ensuring compliance with safety laws
- Handle budgets, change notices, and field instructions
- Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout phases
- Train and direct inspectors on project requirements
- Graduate in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
- Extensive municipal inspection and surveying experience
- Solid background in construction contracts
- Valid Ontario Class license
