Role Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Programs and Delivery Governance, the Program Manager, Services Solutions & Delivery Acceleration is a key operational and technical enablement leader within our Global Professional Services and Delivery Success organization. This role treats "services as a product"—transforming custom, highly complex implementation workflows into standardized, packaged service solutions and reusable delivery acceleration toolkits.

Working alongside Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams, you will manage the full lifecycle of packaged services solutions (e.g., QuickStarts, migration packages, specialized health checks). You will identify, define, and launch both technical accelerators (API scripts, automation tools, code repositories) and methodological accelerators (workshop kits, intake templates, automated documentation) designed to drastically reduce customer time-to-value and boost implementation efficiency.

As a member of the Strategic Programs team, you will also support the adoption of Generative AI to scale delivery acceleration—using AI to automate code sample generation, synthesize configuration schemas, and build intelligent delivery templates that empower both internal teams and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Services Delivery Acceleration (Technical Toolkits)
• Technical Accelerators: Collaborate with technical delivery SMEs to harvest, standardize, and package technical IP (e.g., reusable API scripts, automation code, configuration templates, and connector modules).
• Field IP Submission & Governance: Establish and operate a global IP harvesting mechanism—incentivizing and vetting contributions from internal delivery architects and external partner engineers into centralized repositories (GitHub, Highspot, Confluence).
• Central Repository Management: Maintain a centralized technical asset repository (e.g., GitHub, Highspot, Confluence) ensuring that internal consultants and partner delivery teams can easily access up-to-date acceleration tools.
• Partner Acceleration Alignment: Package acceleration toolkits specifically for external Service Delivery Partners and GSIs to ensure partner-led implementations achieve equal velocity and quality as direct engagements. 
• New Product Introduction (NPI) Services Readiness

• Product & Engineering Alignment: Serve as the primary Professional Services liaison to Product Management and Engineering for incoming product features, ensuring services solution packages and delivery accelerators are launched in lockstep with core product releases. Collaborate with the Strategic Team for reporting and executive communications. 
• Early Adopter & Alpha/Beta Services Validation: Partner with early-adopter customer delivery teams to validate initial service patterns, converting custom project learnings into standard commercial service offerings.

• Acceleration Adoption, Time-to-Value & Outcome Analytics
• Measure Adoption & Impact: Define and track critical performance metrics, focusing on packaged service sales volume, accelerator adoption rates, attach rates, time-to-value metrics.
• Continuous Improvement Loops: Collect structured feedback from internal consultants, service delivery partners, and customer surveys to continuously refine existing acceleration assets and prioritize new investments.
• AI-Powered Delivery Acceleration
• AI-Assisted Code & Asset Generation: Leverage Generative AI tools to curate the creation of technical code samples, configuration scripts, and standard technical documentation.
• Solution Opportunity Mining: Apply AI tools across to systematically identify repeatable custom builds and establish priorities for new accelerator development.
• AI-Assisted Quality Verification : Design and deploy AI validation utilities to provide a layer of assurance for services delivery projects. 

What you’ll bring to the role

• Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Services Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or Technical Enablement Lead within a SaaS, cloud platform, or technology consulting firm.
• Services Productization: Demonstrated track record of packaging complex services into standardized, fixed-scope solutions and managing service lifecycles alongside product development teams.
• Technical & Methodological Breadth: Ability to understand technical implementation concepts (APIs, scripts, system integrations) as well as consulting methodologies (workshops, intake forms, project toolkits).
• Metrics & Analytics: Expertise defining and tracking program KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, accelerator adoption rates, CSAT/NPS, project efficiency gain) using Tableau, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to partner with technical architects, Product Managers, Product Marketing, and external delivery partners.
• Communication Skills: Strong technical writing and communication capabilities, with a knack for translating complex product features into standardized execution toolkits.
• Applied AI Capabilities: Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools specifically for technical workflows (e.g., code generation, API payload synthesis, automated schema parsing).

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!

• Hands-on knowledge of Okta, Auth0, or broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture.
• Experience with GitHub, developer repositories, or software packaging workflows.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services economics (utilization, billable rates, margin optimization).
• Pragmatic Institute, Agile Product Management, or PMP certification.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in technical solution delivery.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:

$129,000—$177,100 USD

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:

$103,000—$140,800 CAD
