As part of the Assembly and Test Technical Support team this role sits at the heart of operations at the Longueuil Engine Center, providing technical support to the Vanes team. Responsibilities

Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement. Plan and lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Logistics and Departmental Supervision teams. Conduct capability and reliability studies for vane rigs. Act as a liaison and subject‑matter expert for Engineering, Procurement, Tooling and Aftermarket Services to integrate design changes aimed at improving producibility and performance. Study, develop and implement new tools and processes to help the team achieve greater efficiency. Qualifications

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in technical support, engineering or project management. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, to effectively navigate daily work environment. Ability to draft complex documents and lead technical meetings in English. Solid knowledge of various material processing methods such as molding, machining, forming and heat treatments. Knowledge of fluid mechanics. Experience in 3D modeling and scanning technology (an asset). Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and communication styles. Demonstrated mobilizing leadership and sense of initiative. Autonomy, organizational skills and efficiency. Work Environment

This position is part of a French‑speaking work environment, requiring a strong knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms on a daily basis, and to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues. Benefits
