Tooling Specialist in Mirabel

Évoluez dans le secteur aéronautique avec Airbus Canada en tant que Spécialiste Outillage à Mirabel. Ce rôle vous permet de coordonner des équipes tout en gérant des projets d’outillage avec un travail hybride. Au sein du programme A220 d'Airbus Canada, vous serez intégré à une équipe spécialisée dans la coordination des achats et de l'estimation d'outillages. Ce poste requiert une expérience significative dans le secteur industriel et en gestion de projets, notamment pour superviser la montée en compétences de votre équipe et assurer le respect des délais et budgets. Vous collaborerez avec les départements finance, approvisionnement, et fournisseurs. Key Responsibilities:
• Animer une équipe de planificateurs techniques spécialisés
• Développer des estimations budgétaires fiables pour les nouveaux projets
• Gérer un contrat d'achat stratégique pour l'outillage
• Suivre les jalons critiques des projets avec les fournisseurs
• Rédiger des rapports d'activité et présenter les résultats aux dirigeants Requirements:
• Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie industriel ou aéronautique
• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur industriel
• Solides compétences en gestion de projets et en coordination d'équipe
• Capacité à travailler avec des fournisseurs externes
• Attention aux détails et capacité d'organisation Mettez à profit vos compétences en gestion d'équipe et en projet dans un environnement dynamique avec Airbus Canada.
