VP Sales for Energy Innovation
Martyn Bassett Associates Inc.
Lead sales growth as the Vice President of Sales at a dynamic Canadian energy intelligence company. Drive revenue strategies to achieve $10M ARR and influence the renewable energy landscape. This role is crucial as you partner with the Founder, owning the revenue strategy and establishing sales processes for aggressive North American expansion. You'll spearhead Sales onboarding, training, and CRM discipline to enhance efficiency within the team. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's impressive growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue strategies to reach $10M ARR
- Own sales systems, processes, and data development
- Develop Sales onboarding and training playbooks
- Ensure disciplined use of the CRM
- Collaborate closely with the Founder in growth initiatives
- Senior Sales leader at a B2B SaaS company ($5M - $20M ARR)
- Proven track record in building effective sales processes
- Experience in Energy Management or CleanTech sectors
- Ability to commute to downtown Toronto 5 days a week
- Familiarity with long sales cycles and high-value ACV deals
