Job Purpose :

As our first Vice President, Digital Experience & Growth, reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own the digital growth engine end to end: the website, search, performance marketing, lifecycle, and the data that ties it all together. This is a rare seat where strategy and hands‑on craft meet, and where your work shows up directly in revenue.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Own the vision, governance and performance of Goway’s web properties and portals, leading CRO, UX, merchandising and customer‑journey improvements.
• Shape strategy across paid, organic search, referral and emerging channels, tying investment to revenue, profitability, lead quality and long‑term customer value.
• Build lifecycle strategy for Direct travellers and Trade partners, including journeys, nurture programs, re‑engagement flows, advisor communications, personalization, loyalty, retention and referral.
• Build reporting that links marketing activity and website performance to business results, and partner with Technology on segmentation, audience strategy, lead‑quality analysis and customer data strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in digital marketing, digital product, e‑commerce, lifecycle, growth, CRM, analytics or customer experience.
• A track record of leading digital transformation or growth initiatives that moved the numbers.
• Hands‑on strength in website optimization, SEO, acquisition, conversion, personalization and retention.
• Deep fluency in CRM, journey orchestration, marketing automation, analytics and martech, with the ability to lead across Marketing, Technology, Sales and Operations.
