What will your typical day look like?

Your typical responsibilities may include conducting research, analyzing and synthesizing research results, contributing to client reports and presentations, developing and updating new tools and methodologies, supporting client interviews and workshops, participating in the preparation of sales and project presentations to our clients, as well as supporting ad hoc projects and other internal Deloitte initiatives. You will work with a highly skilled team to deliver projects related to a specific offering within the Human Capital practice.

The HR Strategy & Technology (HRS&T) practice helps organizations reimagine the role of HR as a strategic driver of business success. We partner with clients to design and implement innovative workforce strategies, optimize HR processes, and enable technology solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational performance.

  • Our Oracle HR team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions through Oracle’s advanced cloud-based platforms. Specializing in the transformation of HR operations, the team expertly configures, integrates, and deploys Oracle HCM systems to address a wide range of organizational needs. Their services encompass the optimization of core HR functions, including talent management, payroll, and workforce planning, ensuring streamlined processes and enhanced operational efficiency. By leveraging Oracle’s robust technology, the team helps clients achieve greater compliance, improved employee experiences, and scalable HR capabilities. Through end-to-end solution delivery and ongoing support, the Oracle HR Team empowers organizations to maximize the value of their HR investments and drive sustainable business outcomes.
  • Our Payroll/WFM team helps organizations modernize and manage their payroll and workforce operations. They design and implement systems that ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective workforce scheduling. The team also works on integrating payroll and workforce management tools with broader HR technology platforms, enabling clients to optimize labor costs, enhance employee satisfaction, and maintain operational agility.
  • Our SAP SuccessFactors team focuses on implementing and optimizing SAP’s cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. They help clients transform HR processes for core HR, compensation, talent acquisition and management, performance, learning, and workforce analytics. The team works on designing, configuring, and integrating SuccessFactors modules to improve employee experience, streamline HR operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. Their goal is to deliver scalable, future-ready HR technology solutions that align with business strategy.
  • Our Workday HR team specializes in deploying Workday—a cloud-based solution—to modernize HR functions. They help clients implement modules from core HR to payroll, focusing on user-friendly, self-service features and integrated processes with finance and planning for better data insights. The team ensures seamless integration with existing systems, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement. Their end-to-end services include implementation, configuration, and optimization, enabling clients to achieve a unified and agile HR ecosystem.
  • Our Dayforce team specializes in delivering Dayforce, a leading cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform that unifies HR, payroll, workforce management, and talent management into a single solution. They help organizations transform their people processes to meet evolving workforce expectations, leverage AI-enabled ways of working, and improve workforce agility. The team provides end-to-end services, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability.   • Our Strategic & Technology Change (S&TC) team helps leaders, teams, and individuals navigate complex technology and business transformations, designing and implementing change management at scale and at pace to achieve sustainable business and human outcomes. We support transformations of all scales and types, including ERP implementations, organizational restructuring, and more.
  • Our Workforce Strategies & Intelligence (WSI) team delivers solutions to the most complex workforce issues, focusing on modernizing work and optimizing the workforce, including the integration of AI and agentic workers. The team supports clients in aligning their workforce and business strategies, identifying workforce and skills gaps through analytics, developing talent strategies to capture the workforce the client needs, redesigning talent programs (e.g., recruitment, performance management, etc.), and building credible narratives that help connect business, workforce and brand. Ultimately, we help clients achieve a variety of outcomes including optimizing productivity and performance, improving what work gets done and rewarded, and driving innovation across workflows and programs.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have completed or are currently working towards completing a post-secondary degree program, pursuing Commerce/Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Art/Design, Communications/Public Relations, Behavioral Economics, Education/Learning, Industrial Relations, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or another relevant degree
  • Will be graduating within one year of your start date (i.e. for September 2027, you must be graduating between September 2026-August 2027)
  • Have demonstrated ongoing growth personally or professionally through self-initiated learning, volunteer work or projects
  • Have held meaningful leadership role in a committee / club / organization or through prior internship experience
  • Display creativity, enjoy problem solving and are looking to make an impact
  • Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies
  • Are legally eligible to work in Canada

Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $122,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
