- Manage regular communication with investors, including updates, reports, and responses to inquiries.
- Organize investor meetings and educational sessions.
- Collaborate with the investment and analysis teams to gather information for investor communications.
- Develop and refine investor relations policies and procedures.
- Experience in investor relations, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate investing and financial reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of investors.
- Each of these roles is designed to support the key functions of Speiro's business model, from growing the investor base and analyzing investment opportunities to maintaining investor satisfaction and trust.
