Magnolia Dental is a progressive, high-volume dental practice with an excellent, friendly team who works together for delivering top-tier dental care.
We are now seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled in case presentation, treatment planning, and patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner
- Coordinate scheduling of treatments with both clinical and administrative teams
- Discuss insurance benefits, co-payments, and financing solutions
- Manage treatment follow-ups and case conversions
- Support front office team as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of dental experience, preferably in a treatment coordinator role
- Proficiency with dental management software (Tracker) preferred but not mandatory, we will provide full training as required.
- Understanding of dental billing, insurance, and patient financing
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
