Tax Advisory Senior Manager Role

We're seeking a skilled tax manager with over 6 years in Canadian tax and hands-on planning experience. This role centers on M&A, estate freezes, reorganization, and cross-border tax issues, preparing you for a path to Senior Tax Manager based on performance. You'll transform drafts into final client deliverables while guiding and developing associates in the process. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax files from engagement to close
- Review and refine client-facing documents
- Develop junior staff through mentorship
- Coordinate closely with clients' legal and accounting teams
- Monitor timelines and flag potential issues early
- CPA designation required
- 6+ years of direct tax planning experience
- Completed CPA In-Depth Tax Course or Master of Taxation
- Solid understanding of tax reorganization rules
- Valid driver’s license for office commute
