Lead Senior Tax Manager in Oakville

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex reorganizations and transactions from start to finish
- Review and ensure soundness of managers' and associates' work
- Serve as escalation point for technical questions
- Oversee the closing calendar and ensure targets are met
- Develop team members through clear feedback and hiring assistance
- CPA designation (CA, CGA, or CMA)
- 8+ years in Canadian tax planning and advisory
- Completed CPA In-Depth Tax Course or MTax
- Strong knowledge of reorganization and planning rules
- Proven project management skills across various portfolios
