Solutions Architect - Wealth Management Strategy

Lead the architectural strategy for Wealth Management applications at RBC as a Solutions Architect. Focus on creating innovative, technical solutions that meet business objectives and regulatory standards. As a leader in this role, you'll work closely with business partners and technical teams to design effective solutions for customer and advisor-facing digital channels. You'll be responsible for facilitating architecture meetings, driving decisions, and ensuring alignment with RBC's best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to define future architecture and identify constraints
- Create application roadmaps and manage technology evolution
- Guide teams in the implementation of architectural solutions
- Review architectural decisions with key stakeholders
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives with development teams
- 5+ years experience in solution architecture
- Expertise in event-driven and cloud architectures
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of mobile and web application design principles
