SkyWatch seeks a Technical Leader as Head of Engineering to transform software building. You'll guide engineering processes while leading a talented team towards achieving excellence in product delivery.
In this pivotal role, you will be a hands-on technical expert, responsible for cultivating team talent and ensuring effective engineering practices. Collaborate directly with the CTO and CPO to streamline workflows while championing modern software tooling and AI-assisted development. Your leadership will foster a culture centered on ownership and customer empathy, maximizing team productivity.

• Lead engineering team in performance management and development
• Design and improve engineering processes and quality standards
• Implement automated quality controls for seamless delivery
