Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Big Data QA Engineer with a passion for P&C Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various data testing projects in a Big Data environment.
- Work closely with teams to build test strategies aligned with design specifications, standards, and user requirements.
- Perform testing in an iterative Agile process.
- Write and execute queries in GCP BigQuery.
- Perform ETL and database testing, including data migration and report validation.
- Analyze data and validate accuracy across multiple systems.
- Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Design and execute test cases in a Big Data environment.
Essential Skills
- Experience in Big Data testing and data validation.
- Strong knowledge of GCP BigQuery.
- Expertise in ETL testing, database testing, data migration, and report validation.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and understand complex queries.
- Experience designing and executing test cases in Big Data environments.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
