Senior Property Accountant - Real Estate Finance & NOI Expert

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join our Ontario team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements for our property portfolio and ensure statements are free of material misstatements.
The role requires a CPA or equivalent, at least five years in commercial/retail property accounting, and proficiency with Yardi. You will analyze balances, manage lease-based entries, support audits and budgets, and
