Dynamic Call Center Supervisor Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Training

Lead a talented team as a Call Center Supervisor focused on optimizing operations and agent performance. Develop training programs that empower staff and boost customer satisfaction levels. This position calls for at least 3 years of experience in call center supervision. You will be responsible for answering agent queries, monitoring performance, and suggesting improvements to processes. Collaborating with management will be essential for setting and achieving operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure agents understand compliance standards
- Assist agents with complex calls and queries
- Monitor performance and conduct evaluations
- Analyze data to establish operational goals
- Train staff to address customer questions effectively
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a call center
- High school diploma; management education preferred
- Experience in customer service is mandatory
- Proficiency in technology and communication tools
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
