Notre client du secteur de la santé animale recherche un partenaire expérimenté en acquisition de talents. Vous dirigerez le recrutement de bout en bout pour des postes difficiles à pourvoir. Vous conseillerez la haute direction et contribuerez à la croissance organisationnelle au Québec.
Responsabilités principales :
- Diriger le recrutement complet de postes spécialisés au Québec
- Conseiller les dirigeants sur la planification de la main-d’œuvre
- Développer des stratégies pour attirer les talents passifs
- Maintenir un vivier de talents pour les besoins futurs
- Représenter l’organisation lors d’événements sectoriels
Qualifications :
- Quatre à cinq ans d’expérience en recrutement à cycle complet
- Expérience auprès de la haute direction et influence décisionnelle
- Expertise en repérage et engagement de talents passifs
- Communication, négociation et gestion des parties prenantes excellentes
- Anglais avancé utilisé constamment dans les communications professionnelles
