Engaging in proactive sourcing and maintaining talent pipelines will be key to your efforts in providing a best-in-class candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles up to senior levels
- Craft pipelines of candidates through innovative sourcing
- Collaborate with hiring leaders for strategic alignment
- Utilize applicant tracking systems for effective candidate management
- Conduct market research for innovative recruitment strategies
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a healthcare focus
- Proven success sourcing candidates across various domains
- Strong communication skills for relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Commitment to diversity and use of data in recruitment
