What you'll do:

• Install hardscapes: pavers, retaining walls, walkways, driveways
  
• Work across 3–4 trades — concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting, turf
  
• Run a small crew (1–3 people) on active job sites
  
• Learn from tradespeople who've mastered the craft
  

What you bring:

Must-haves

• 1-2 years landscape construction experience
  
• Experience leading a crew of 1–3
  
• Reliable, on time, gets things done
  
• Team player with a positive attitude
  

Nice-to-haves

• Driver's licence + comfortable in a pickup
  
• Trailer towing experience (10–14 ft)
  
• Proficiency across multiple trades (we'll train the right person)
