Robotic Technician
$28 – $39/hour | NIGHT SHIFT | Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a hands-on Robotic Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining and troubleshooting robotic and automated equipment. In this role, you will help ensure equipment runs efficiently, production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
- Support robotic and automated assembly equipment to maintain production quality
- Participate in preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime
- Maintain equipment documentation and complete daily maintenance reports
- Monitor spare parts inventory and report shortages
- Assist with equipment improvements, new technologies, and cost reduction initiatives
- Support other departments including Welding, Facilities, and Toolroom as needed
- Maintain safe and clean working conditions
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Welding, Robotics, or a related field, or 5+ years of Robotic Technician experience
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Stick)
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
