Job Responsibility:
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ Years' experience in combination of Microsoft Teams design, implementation, support, & troubleshooting in 1,000+ user environments
- Experience with SBCs from Ribbon 1000 and 2000 models
- Experience with Call queues, Audio Conferencing and Calling Plans
- Familiar terminology and operation of SBC's, SBA's and Direct Routing
- Familiar terminology and basic operation of PSTN lines such as PRI's and Sip Trunks
- Knowledge of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies
- Skype to Teams migration experience
- Experience testing and certifying Teams phones from various manufactures
- Knowledge of Voice Recording concepts and implementations
- Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently/self-reliant and show initiative with minimum supervision
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply appropriately to business situations
- Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team atmosphere
- Ability to work under pressure; meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be able to communicate with all types of individuals effectively and comfortably from the customer technical expert to the customer executive management
- Good understanding of the design of global Voice over IP telecommunications infrastructure.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP and WAN networks
- Professional level understanding of network architectures, technologies and protocols
