Truck Team Members - Customer Service & Physical Labor
Full-time & Part-time at our Victoria office
- Flexible Hours: Various shifts are available. We operate Mon-Sun from 7 am - 6 pm and offer compressed workweeks (F/T hours in 4 days).
- Expected pay: Base wage of $18 - make up to $30/ hr with our generous profit share + tips program!
We are hiring immediately for our busy summer season and for permanent positions! Whether you want to work part-time (2-days/week) or want full-time (work your full-time hours over 4-days and have 3-days off every week), we can offer the schedule that works for you. We work hard, have fun, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the position:
Each shift starts at our Langford office where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day. No two days are the same - you'll love the variety.
You'll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces and you'll stay in shape!
You'll contribute to a better community by disposing of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities and keeping as much out of landfills as possible.
About you:
- 19+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record
- Available 1 day over the weekends
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset
- Able to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly throughout each day
