As a General Labourer with A Few Good Lads LTD you will play a vital role in supporting our clients construction projects by performing a variety of tasks on-site. Responsibilities
-Assist with various construction tasks including but not limited to carrying materials site cleanup and basic equipment operation.
-Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
-Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and adhere to all site-specific safety regulations.
-Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
-Perform manual labor tasks such as digging lifting and moving materials as directed by site supervisors. Requirements
-Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
-Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
-Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
-Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation (preferred but not required). Benefits
