If this, is you, we need to talk! We are currently accepting applications for our Client Care Manager position.
This is a full-time position in which you will be responsible for the care and communication of our clients, their families and all those who care for them. You will conduct an initial meeting and assessment of care; you will follow up with families to answer questions and assist in determining if in-home care is the right solution for them or the person they are helping. You will often communicate with our existing families and clients to follow up requests, share reports from the Care Professionals, and action any questions or concerns as appropriate. You will visit our clients in their home to evaluate their care, safety, and determine how to provide the interventions that makes their day-to-day even better than they were expecting.
Compensation: Salary $53,000 to $65,000 (Base plus bonus)
WHAT'S REQUIRED
- Minimum 7 years work experience
- Experience in self-leadership
- Preference given to candidates with a healthcare background
- A creative mindset demonstrating unique solutions to daily concerns and challenges
- Valid Drivers license
- Skills in managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
