Full-Time Sales Coordinator
$95k - $110k per yearGenesis Kelowna
Genesis of Kelowna is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow with the store and take to new heights. The successful candidate will have strong sales experience background in the automotive industry. Must be self motivated, energetic, positive attitude, and have the abilities to manage the stresses of results/managing of the store.
Drive new & used sales daily
Manage inventory (Pricing is solid, pictures are solid, all inventory is marketed to sell)
Complete daily game plan meetings with every Sales Consultant & hold team accountable
Lead and train Sales Team on process and inventory
Review daily appointments were met and follow up with customers for feedback with strong close to sale
Monitor the sales floor and lot, to ensure all customers are welcomed by of the Sales Team
Motivate Sales Team
Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
Have a minimum 5+ years experience in Automotive Sales
Previous Management experience would be an asset
PBS knowledge is considered a key asset
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including working Saturdays and being on-call
Customer focused and strong communication skills
