Wealth Solutions Team Manager at Vancity

Lead a team of financial planners at Vancity, focusing on sustainable financial advice. This full-time role blends leadership, coaching, and hybrid working from the Tri-cities and North Burnaby. As the Team Manager, Wealth Solutions, you'll be instrumental in guiding financial planning professionals in delivering high-quality, socially responsible investments. Your leadership will drive strategies for sales, customer satisfaction, and service standards across the organization. This position requires both in-person coaching at branches and extensive collaboration with the Regional Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and support financial planning professionals
• Execute sales strategies for quality investment advice
• Monitor service delivery and problem resolution
• Assist in developing sustainable financial plans
• Build capabilities through performance development Requirements:
• Degree in business administration or related field
• PFP or CFP designation required
• 5+ years in the financial industry
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills Utilize your financial acumen and leadership skills to enhance member experiences at Vancity.
