To learn more about Good Shepherd, visit our website at opportunity is with our Good Shepherd – Emmanuel HouseHow You Will Make an ImpactEmmanuel House Hospice is a ten-bed palliative care facility located in Hamilton that offers a home-like environment for individuals who are nearing the end of their lives. Support and care are provided in a team-based approach, including various interdisciplinary team members such as personal support workers, nursing, physicians, spiritual and psychosocial support. We embrace a holistic model of care and the importance of providing individuals dignity at the end of their life, while providing opportunity for the resident and family to exercise religious, cultural and spiritual rituals, customs, rites and beliefs.
