The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management. You will handle a variety of tasks, from managing schedules and appointments to coordinating travel arrangements and communicating with clients. Responsibilities

• Manage executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, and presentations.
• Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Organize office events, client meetings, and business-related functions.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
