• Vehicle Acquisition : Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.


• Finance Management : Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.


• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.


• Payroll Management : Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.


• Compliance & Lender Relations : Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.


• Employee Recruitment & Management : Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.


• ESA Compliance : Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
