Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. As part of the Overflow team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our unique offerings, building relationships with customers, and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they achieve performance targets and professional growth.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Overflow Brewing Company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
• Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer and the brewing process.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
