Targeting sales improvements requires robust analytical skills and a commitment to coaching pharmacy associates. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pharmacy teams to uphold operational standards
• Analyze sales, margins, and expenses for growth
• Monitor systems to enhance performance
• Develop action plans for Pharmacy initiatives
• Provide leadership and coaching for pharmacy associates Requirements:
• Minimum five years in pharmacy, preferably retail
• Strong process improvement and leadership skills
• Excellent English communication abilities
• University degree in Pharmacy with a valid license
• Valid driver’s license required Lead the pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance and supporting a strong team at Shoppers Drug Mart.
