Strategic Development Chief Advisor

- Identify key business opportunities through analysis
- Oversee M&A, corporate strategy, and partnership deals
- Assist in the Bank’s strategic and business planning
- Conduct financial analyses for major projects
- Lead teams on growth and divestment initiatives
- 12 years of experience with a relevant Bachelor's or 10 with a Master's
- Proven history in business strategy and team management
- Expertise in valuation and due diligence processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Canadian financial products
