Salesforce Functional Designer

Collaborate with the Product owner and functional Lead to refine the product backlog, translate business needs into detailed user stories and define acceptance criteriaEngage with stakeholders to gather, clarify and validate requirements (performance, usability, compliance security included)Participate all scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessionsSupport QA by providing functional scenarios, clarifying requirements and validating test cases against business needsPerform POC and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes, configurations and dataConfigure Salesforce declarative features like validation rules, flows, page layouts, profiles, PS and PSG to support business needsAssist in defect triage and resolutionEnsure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standardsSkills and Qualifications
Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education8+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Analyst/Designer and 5+ years experience in financial industryStrong experience as a Salesforce Administrator and foundational understanding of Salesforce Financial Services cloudExperience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog refinementBasic understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycleExperience with Jira, confluence or similar Agile project management toolsFamiliarity with Agile delivery, Jira, confluence and DevOps pipelines in enterprise settings
