User Experience Designer

Company Description Email Perfect is a collaborative visual email builder that streamlines the entire design-to-delivery workflow for marketing and product teams. The platform enables users to design emails with multiplayer freedom, collaborate through comments, and preview layouts across devices. Teams can run preflight checks to ensure quality and consistency, then export production-ready HTML directly to leading ESPs such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SendGrid. Email Perfect focuses on empowering teams to build high-performing, visually compelling emails efficiently and at scale.
Role Description The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces and flows across the Email Perfect platform. In this full-time remote role, the designer will conduct user research, translate insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include mapping user journeys, refining interaction patterns, iterating on design solutions based on feedback and data, and maintaining a consistent design system. The designer will also help validate concepts through usability testing and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall product experience.
Qualifications
Strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems through user-centered design methods.
Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping, using modern design tools (e.G., Figma, Sketch, or similar) to create high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in designing tools for designers, marketers, or email/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
