- Manage partnerships ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Analyze KPIs and report on partnership performance
- Collaborate to maintain talents' social media engagements
- Assist in planning activities for talent success
- Participate in talent onboarding and quarterly plans
- Minimum of 1 year in influencer marketing or PR
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- High level of organizational skills with multitasking
- Insight into influencer partnerships and social media metrics
