Overview:
Stardust Group of Companies is searching for a Sales Conversion Specialist for its in-house agency called WeRoar.ca.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Conversion Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Conversion Specialist, your time will be focused on optimizing current conversion rates across Stardust Group of Companies E-commerce Sites.
Duties:- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs- Conduct customer research groups.
- Conduct A/B testing on sites In collaborate with development team.- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Skills:- Strong data digestion skills- Proven experience in site and sales optimization.- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members.- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
