Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, enhancing our online presence, and expanding our target markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and digital marketing, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development : Craft and implement strategic sales plans that directly align with business goals to boost revenue and market share.
- Targeted Sales Campaigns : Lead aggressive sales campaigns by identifying key growth opportunities within specific market segments.
- Client Acquisition and Retention : Drive the acquisition of new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones to maximize customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Performance Metrics : Set ambitious sales targets and track performance against goals to ensure continuous growth and quota achievement.
- Market Analysis : Conduct detailed market and competitive analyses to pinpoint sales opportunities and understand customer behavior patterns.
- Sales Support Materials : Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling sales materials and promotional strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the sales force.
- E-commerce Optimization : Oversee and optimize the e-commerce platform to increase conversion rates, manage product listings, and ensure up-to-date content.
- Data-Driven Insights : Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor sales campaign performance, refine strategies, and make informed decisions based on real-time data.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure product offerings and marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives.
