Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will support and execute a wide range of digital nurture and email marketing activities for the world-leading subsurface software company. Working across email, paid media, SMS, and messenger channels, you will help coordinate campaigns, manage marketing activities, and support reporting and optimization efforts.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will bring a foundational understanding of email marketing, paid media, and nurture programs, along with a willingness to support platform troubleshooting and campaign execution as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan, build and execute email and nurture marketing activities, including webinar and event emails, product releases, client communications, and business-as-usual campaigns across email, paid media, SMS, and messenger apps.
• Leverage marketing technology, including Marketo, to build, review, approve, deploy, and report on email activity, while supporting occasional platform troubleshooting and operational needs.
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Experience, and other internal teams to coordinate integrated email, paid media, SMS, and nurture programs.
• Support the email marketing calendar, reinforce growth marketing processes, coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams, and help ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on email and nurture program performance, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, collaboration, and support of broader Growth Marketing initiatives as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of digital marketing experience (including internship experience), with a focus on email marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms is an asset (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Experience utilizing SMS capabilities and/or messenger apps such as WhatsApp for nurture marketing is an asset.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing processes, with an emphasis on email marketing, communication platforms (chat and messenger applications), paid media, and audience/list management.
• Hands-on Marketo experience is a plus
