What You'll Do
- Educating customers on TELUS products and services by clearly explaining features, benefits, and promotions
- Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community about available services and upcoming offers
- Handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information
- Actively listening to customer needs and offering clear, helpful answers to their questions
- Delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience

Additional Requirements
- Bilingual in French/Spanish/Korean and English (mandatory)
- Ability to work full-time: Monday to Friday: 7:50 AM – 3:50 PM OR 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (up to twice per month)
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred but not required
- Must be 19 years of age or older
