About the Role

The Specialist – Team Lead, Ad Operations plays a key role in supporting FFUN Group’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize campaigns across email, paid search, and social media.


• Support delivery of campaigns that are compliant with co-op funding sources in a trackable, reportable manor.


• Support campaign setup, monitoring, and performance analysis.
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role.


• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Email Platforms).


• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
