Social Media Ads Manager

We are currently looking for a smart, thoughtful Social Media Ads Manager with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience. The primary focus of this role is with Meta - Facebook and Instagram, but we also have expertise in LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and TikTok, so demonstrated experience with those platforms will be considered.

This position's primary focus is to ensure the creation, execution, and optimization of social media strategies for our clients. We are a performance marketing agency with a strong focus on generating ROAS, be this through lead gen, e-commerce, or other types of campaigns.

You will be a key part of a tight-knit team of experts, all working in their specialized domains, to deliver high-quality, effective marketing strategies. Our team environment has produced some of the best Facebook marketers in Western Canada.

Wage is based on your depth of experience, and we are open to full or part-time candidates with relevant expertise.

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• A Meta Certified Digital Marketer, having completed one or more of Facebook's Blueprint certifications
• Passionate about digital marketing
• A life-long learner who actively maintains their knowledge of social media marketing
• Able to build, launch and optimize social media marketing campaigns
• Knowledgeable in all of the Facebook Ads metrics, and understand how they relate to each other, and the real-world objectives of our clients
• Proficient with most parts of Meta Business Manager / Portfolio
• Understand conversion tracking and how to configure it on various platforms
• Understand the basic principles behind website and landing page CRO
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and colleagues
