Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. If you are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and have an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following the restaurant's menu and standards.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and prepping sauces.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a busy kitchen.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to high culinary standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
