We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position involves food preparation, meal assembly, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. If you are passionate about the food industry and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you. -Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes. -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. -Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during all stages of food handling. -Support cooks and chefs in meal preparation and service during peak hours. -Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. -Helps clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain a hygienic work environment. -Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
