Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive donor stewardship and recognition initiatives
Design customized engagement strategies for major gifts
Organize and coordinate donor cultivation events
Maintain detailed donor records and engagement metrics
Collaborate with other departments for fundraising initiatives
Requirements Minimum five years in donor experience or philanthropy
Knowledge of donor relations and stewardship best practices
