We’re seeking a full time, permanent

People Administrator to join our growing People Team in our Edmonton, Alberta office.

What You’ll Do

• Perform data audits and verification of data integrity.
• Generate a variety of HR related reports on a regular schedule.
• Respond to general inquiries from employees and manage shared inboxes.
• Issues employment verification letters.
• Administer service awards program.
• Reconcile and code HR expenses.
• Support HR projects, system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
• Support upload of apprenticeship and safety tickets, as required.

What We’re Looking For

• This is an excellent opportunity for a recent post-secondary graduate seeking an entry-level role to launch and grow their HR career while making a meaningful contribution to the organization.
• Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage projects and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting tight deadlines.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
