We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Assist with coordinating project activities to support successful project execution
• Support scheduling, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination
• Monitor project progress and help ensure project milestones are achieved

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project records
• Assist with contract administration and document control processes
• Ensure project files are accurate, organized, and up to date

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support clear and timely communication across all project stakeholders

Risk & Issue Management

• Assist in identifying project risks, challenges, and scheduling concerns
• Work with project teams to help develop solutions and mitigation strategies

Administrative Support

• Support procurement, project tracking, change management, and coordination activities
• Assist senior project team members with day-to-day project operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in an engineering coordination or project coordination
• Experience in structural steel, manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or construction environments preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project tracking tools; experience with Tekla, AutoCAD, or Revit is a strong asset.
• Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation preferred
