Injectable Aesthetics Business Unit Leader

Galderma is seeking a strategic Business Unit Head for our Injectable Aesthetics division based in Toronto. Drive growth and lead teams in enhancing our prestigious portfolio across the aesthetic market. As Business Unit Head, you will steer the commercial strategy of Injectable Aesthetics, ensuring market leadership and revenue growth. This role involves managing an extensive cross-functional team while focusing on brand optimization and compliance. You will play a crucial role in product strategies, employee development, and achieving business objectives through effective coordination and performance oversight. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategies for sustainable growth and long-term value
- Manage full P&L, including forecasting and budgets
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams across functions
- Execute innovative commercial strategies and optimize sales
- Drive brand strategy and successful product launches
- Proven leadership in commercial roles in aesthetics
- Strong grasp of market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred
- Experience managing budgets and executing marketing strategies
- Proficient in data analysis and market research
